Daily class schedule: 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:00 (including two coffee breaks)

 

Course programme:

  • Understanding and applying effective dissemination and exploitation practices
  • Analysing best dissemination practices from awarded or highly recognised European projects
  • Effective Dissemination Strategy Essentials: (a) when and how to prepare a Dissemination Action Plan (DAP) for projects and work with real-case examples on a DAP; (b) how to ensure that the project will go on / be sustainable after the funding period; (c) when and how to prepare an Exploitation Action Plan (EAP) for projects; (d) when and how to prepare an IPR Agreement (Intellectual Property Rights) and contract on the project results
  • Prepare an exploitation action plan for your projects and suggest a suitable IPR model (Classwork – hand on practice)
  • Familiarisation on easy to use tools and practices to support dissemination

Nikolaos Floratos

He organises and delivers mainly the courses on Successful Planning and Management of European Funded Projects as well as Effective Dissemination and Exploitation of European funded projects. He has also been engaged as expert from the European Commission on evaluating proposals requesting EC funding as well as reviewing EU projects since 2003 and he has managed so far more than seventy EU projects since 1997. He presents the most suitable mix as an EC expert and project manager with teaching experience. He has worked in six European countries and has cooperated and trained hundreds of individuals and organizations in successful proposal writing as well as project management of European funded projects.
